serpentine belt

Planning on changing the S-belt, any reason to change the tensioner if there no sound/play as preventative Maintenance?

Replacement: is it slip off/ slip on job with tensioner released? Or more than that?

Just slip on slip off job, check tensioner pulley and idler pulley for wear. Mine wear noisey when I spun them with the belt off, changed the pulleys and belt today, it took about 20 mins.
