Seems that one of my idler pulleys gave up on me and threw the belt. I just dropped it at the dealer and it'll be covered under warranty. To those with whining pulleys, don't repack them replace them. It's easier and better of than walking.

To those who are in need of a replacement idler pulley read this.
Idler Pulley Problem Solved... - Toyota FJ Cruiser Forum

I had one go on mine(started whining loud after going threw a deep puddle), so I took it to the dealer and they told me all 3 idler pulleys were bad and they could replace them with the belt for $600  ( I have 52k on my FJ no more warranty:frown:)
I told them no way and took it home and checked it myself, I only had one pulley gone so I ordered the one from napa for $44. I had the old one out and put the new one in, in about 15 minutes...problem solved.
The factor ones are not doubled sealed and if you like to go threw water or mud they will not last long. Even if it's under warranty buy the napa ones and do it your self, spending $44 is a lot better then having to have you FJ towed because a belt ripped because of a poorly made pulley...just my .02
