Does anyone know if there is a 07-13 Tundra sensor friendly (with sensor holes drilled out) full bumper replacement that could work on a the Sequoia 08 Platinum trim? I am open to modifiying a tundra full bumper replacement by drilling holes for the sensors on something like the ranch hand summit series or another manufacturer's model if it would work on the Sequoia.

It seems the ARB deluxe full bumper/guard is the only official solution, but I dont' recall seeing if that retains sensors or relocates them, or has holes for them to be pulled through? Plus cost...

The sensor's are the wife's requirement because she says the sequoia is "hard to park," haha.

Coastal Offroad makes a great DIY kit. You could drill a few holes for the sensors. If you can’t weld, it’s a great skill to learn.

The Coastal Offroad bumper has the option to have the parking sensors come pre-drilled. You can also get it with grill tubing if you want more of the ARB look. I know there are one or two other Sequoia owners who have installed the bigger ARB type of bumpers on their Sequoias and they've worked out and look really good.

What is the recommended lift to accomodate the weight for the ARB Deluxe setup? I was looking at revtek and tandem off road airbag suspension spacers 2.5" and the billstein 5100s at 2.5" if needed at highest level to manage the rake and keep er level as much as we can. I am calling Tandem Offroad tomorrow up in Ft. Worth to see what they recommend as well.

ICI has their own aluminum bumper about 110lbs..https://realtruck.com/p/ici-aluminum-magnum-rt-front-bumper/ici-al-fbm62tyn-rt/ It will fit on a sequoia with some modding. I called ICI and then was referred to a shop out in Bryan, TX who is currently working on finishing it on a sequoia trd pro. The sensor holes are inward more, so they had to relocate those a bit but it looks great. My only preference would be to have a grill guard.

I have no clue about the recommended lift. I would probably ask the install shops what they typically do. I'm also a fan of the grille guard look. I think it looks more complete rather than just having a metal bumper. Keep us updated on what you do.

they told me it's not finished. he mentioned something about adding something to fill that gap? no idea though...

I did find tandem has a bumper that fits on the sequoia with factory cut out sensor holes...just no brushguard option... steel. still getting more specific details

I may end up going this route ... once I started listing all the costs involved with the ARB it got execessive very quickly

I love everything about the ARB except the price, but there is a reason they are expensive.

I’ve been dealing with insurance on getting a bullbar to replace my factory bumper, and if you take OEM parts in consideration, they would cover an ARB, but with “certified aftermarket” parts, it’s about 1/3 the cost. Depending on how the conversation goes with the estimator, I may be forced to go with the Coastal if I want it covered. That might not be a bad thing, as the ARB (and Dobinsons among others) require you to cut up parts of the stock bumper, while the Coastal doesn’t use any parts of the factory bumper, so you can go back to stock if need be. I like that option.
