Thanks Yeti, that's what I thought he meant!

As I told you before Al, the barn is available for overflow if the campground cannot handle everyone.

Also, the Saturday night meal can be had at the barn if the weather isn't cooperating or if everyone would prefer the better lighting. Last year was hard to see what we were eating. No offense Ramon, it was delicious! We do have the new ONSC cooker!!!

I do have a generator and some halogens I can bring if we cook at the campground. Just let me know what I need to do to make "Logan's Run" better than last year; if that's even possible.

For now we will try to keep it all at the camp ground.... moving back and forth with all the equipment/food/raffle prizes and people will take time, plus there is the fact that we all tend to drink a lot and I don't want 30 drunk cruisers trying to pull out of the barn at 11PM to get back to the campsite.

We may utilize the barn for overflow camping on friday night since we were only able to book 2 of the 3 group sites for that night. We have them all for Saturday though.
It might not be necisarry since I think more people will show on Saturday like last year.

So what do we (ramon and I) want to cook sat night?

i would love to help with cooking as well. I can chop, marinate, whatever. I can hold my own in the kitchen and on the grill, or just lending a hand.

Parker can cook!

Brian and I are working out food... it will be finalized next weekend when we can talk about it in person.

(I want to know how those bowls don't fall off the counter and you can cook lying down Parker)

We use double sided tape on all of our dishes, as i have to be lying down for my creative, culinary juices to flow

for us first time trippers...what should we NOT forget to bring that weekend??

what to bring....

hmmm.... bring beer and ice for us regulars:cheers:

The group camp has flush toilets and hot showers. So towels/ bathroom stuff.

Any of your regular camping cupplies. There is a spicket for water. Ther great thing is the outpost has most of the stuff you forget if not theres a food lion 20 mins away....

Or we just make Kenny go get it from home. :flipoff2:

Bring a truck, camping gear, beer, plenty of $ for raffle tickets and a good attitude :D

Trust me, IF we can get the suspension kit installed by then...Ill have a GREAT attitude!!

No one has mentioned where Ill be able to plug in an AC Unit.:hhmm: Or for that matter...will I be able to get cell reception ?:D

JUST KIDDING.

Soo how far is the gas station?

 AC. What, do you think that this is 2012?

Closest gas station is Eldorado Outpost. It's less than 10 miles from group camp I believe.

its less then 10mins from group camp. New Yorkers (Johnny) has no since of distance! If you have Verizon my phone has worked at group camp. Some places on the trail no so good.

Do new people have to bring beer if its their BIRFday? Im gonna be the big 4-1 that Saturday!!
Ill take MeJane out on one of the baby trails for sure..

How far is the group campsite from the cabins that were mentioned..thinking about that idea too..although we'll want to be close so 'the kid' has others to play with..(although Id be hardpressed to tear her away from going on a trail ride)

Also I have a ringer of a donation to make...PM outgoing..about that

We just assumed you'd have the dual battery, inverter setup ready to go so you could run a portable unit. Hot showers are at group camp, so you don't have to install the engine coolant hot water shower system, just yet...

If you're on Sprint, then no cell coverage at camp, but you'll be fine at the Outpost. I think Verizon customers are fine.

But, you could always get a delorme SAT phone attachment for your cell...

No power outlets..... so an inverter or generator is needed for that.

If you want to bring beer for the whole place you'd be spending some serious coin :grinpimp: so don't do that just use it for the raffle

30 drunk cruisers! More like 50 to 75 drunk cruisers with all that swag being raffled off! We already have more than 30 cruisers by my unofficial count.
I just threw the barn out there to let everyone know we have plenty of room and a back-up plan for dinner.
Group camp is a great place for this event!

Or we just make Kenny go get it from home. :flipoff2:

No problem, I'll just have Lydia bring it back when she goes home to feed the critters! I'll be :steer:

No beer but I think you should wear the ONSC snuggie on your BIRFday! :bounce::bounce2: If we can pry it away from Johnny!

But, you could always get a delorme SAT phone attachment for your cell...

Brian, did that new home come with a money tree? ;)

And for those that forgot how much fun last year was on the trails or have never been, this is what I found looking back at last years thread. One of the harder trails "Daniel"..

I won't being doing Daniel this year cause I will be on the easy trails with Jason babysitting Adam! :flipoff2:

Kenny, come ride the medium trails, Atom can ride with you, i am sure he will not have a cruiser there.

Jason can ride with me and teach me how to wheel! Kenny I will be your wing man! Parker will be too busy sitting on his heated seats

Parker, you are probably right! But I like your thinking...

Atom, just bring the "pot" and prove Parker wrong!

Good luck with getting Mr. Free to ride with you. You need to just follow his line and I will follow (laughing) your line! Maybe ;)

I dont do snuggies. Ever. Never. Ever.
