Is the EGR bypass still current, or has that been fixed. California buyers need to pass smog

EGR still bypassed but you can easily plug it back in. Everything is there. In NY, vehicles of this age are exempt so it hasn’t been tested for smog. Cat, muffler, and smog pump have been replaced. There is the typical exhaust leak at the manifold despite new gasket.
