Hello all,
Thought I would post a heads up here. For multiple reasons I have decided to sell my Dual pivot Kaymar. Visit that link to see it in the Mud classifieds.

1300 is my asking price if I get the stock bumper pieces from the buyer. I would also be interested in a pintle hitch. The set up new would be close to 3K after shipping charges.

There is a body shop (Graham Body in Boerne) up the street who said they would straighten the two dents for $75. I will fix the bumper and refinish it at the turn of the year if it is not yet sold and the price will go up to 1400 (with the partial trade for the stock bumper pieces) after that happens.

Send me a PM if you are interested...

Where are you in Tx?

just sell the truck with the bumper attached.

For the right price everything is for sale. Getting the right price for my truck would be great although starting over to build another one could be a drag. You have an offer?

Naw. It just seems easier than pulling off the bumper. :p

I want the extra foot in my garage so I have a walkway all the way across the front, but I've decided that I like having the extra steel back there so I am keeping the bumper.

I'm gonna take off the tire carrier for local commuting and store it for when I need it. So I keep my protection, my hitch (I haven't used it in years), gain a walkway all the way across the front of my garage, and shed about 200lbs (which is about what I should weigh).

Are you saying the tire carrier and tire alone weigh 200 pounds? Have you weighed them? That sounds about 100 pounds high. :hmm:

80lbs for the carrier, 80lbs for the tire, and 35lbs or so for the wheel.

Wow, that's a heavy tire. I had 35 inch BFG AT's on my 100 and they weighed a bit over 60 pounds each. The stock 100 rims were around 28 lbs IIRC. Never weighed my 80 rims.

Yeah, the BFG ATs are a relatively light tire. The ones you are referring to actually weigh about 66lbs each. The 80 rims are closer to 25lbs I think. The Toyo 315/75/16 is 76.5lbs.
