Seeking help with bushing replacement

Hi all - my front panhard and control arm bushings are on their way out. I'm new to my 80 & trying to learn to do my own work, so I was wondering if anyone here has a 20 ton press and would be willing to teach me how to press the bushings in and out?

I'm happy to pay you for your time, bring pizza/beer, just name your price!
