Seeking electric hubs

My diff lock is gone. The mechanic says the brushes are worn down and I need new hubs. I prefer electric. To buy them from Toyota and import them thru South Africa to Zambia will cost me US$500 each!

This is insane. Can anyone direct me or sell me what I need?
