So I have a 2009 with Vinyl seats which I love and seats still look new with 200k miles on them. I have been trying to find a way to improve seat comfort without losing side airbag functionality. Do they make memory foam seat cushions (seat + back) I can replace stock cushions with? Mainly focused on drivers seat comfort.

Don't have an answer to your specific question about h foam/cushions. But perhaps you can source some LX570 seats. Unsure whether they drop in with the seat memory interface and all, as they have a couple more degrees of adjustment.

Call a dealer and ask who they use to add leather to cars without. That shop should be able to fix your seat(s) and avoid airbag issues.

Thanks thats what I am going to do. I think it needs a new cushion after ~10 years and 200k miles.

Im confused, where did you get vinyl seats from? Imported model? Im 99% sure leather has been standard in the US since about 2000. So you are looking to replace the stock cushions with memory foam cushions?

You can order the oem cushions from the dealer or online. It's worth comparison shopping the price before putting down your money.

The oem cushion is easy to replace if you are a little handy/wrenchy. The upholstery is designed to be removable, and it isnt that hard to do.
