since it worked so wonderfully the first time i used it, about three k ago.
how often should i use it?

Most folks use it once a year. Some folks use it as often as every oil change.

I use it about every third oil change. It seems to foul my plugs, and I cant see any reason to replace plugs every 3000 miles.

It's supposed to foul your plugs, that's why you put old ones in before you use it, or change them afterwards.
