Just got back. The trail was especially nasty this time. There were at least three fallen trees blocking the trail, two of which required a very tricky bypass. I'll post pics later.

In hindsight: maybe I shouldn't have done it solo...

Great pics, thanks for posting. Looks like you had some nice weather

Any pics??

Wish I could have made it. It would have been nice to see the trail without snow and Tim spanking his 40 like an old mule. PICS!!

Thanks to Tim for leading the run, we had 7 rigs and represented a wide varity of Toyotas, 2-FJ40's, 1-1983 pick up, 1-FJ60, 1 FJ75 (mike can correct me), 1-FZJ80, and 1 FJ cruiser. Great run worth doing again. Even had time for a couple of geocaches. Only casulalty was the FJ cruiser with a bent up running board. Not bad, and have to hand it to Anne the driver who just started wheeling not long ago and just shrugged the damage off. A lot of new custom pin strips for my 80, glad I have just another white 80. Some pictures from Mike at West Coast Cruisers

Does anyone get a GPS track? I want to compare my route with the one you guys took. I dont recognize some of those sections. Did you see the three downed trees across the trail?

I have a GPS track- PM me your email address- Being your first trip up I am sure that you were concentrating on just getting through in one piece Really only one way up for vehicles from the east side. and yes we saw them trees:D
