It should go on with the solenoid relocated with Warn's relocation kit. The new 79 has the same issue

That’s not correct. I saw many in Saudi without heat and quite a few without heat or AC. They were all Saudi spec. I was only looking at importable FZJ75s with a 1FZ engine which was 1992 to 1996 at the time.
Both yes. According to my guy all Saudi spec have AC and heat. Anything without is other GCC spec
The biggest thing I’ve learned in the 70 series world is that’s there is no “all have” in any spec.
Anytime those words pop up, along with “have never been” someone pops in and has proof of the contrary.
Onur is always saying there is something like 1000s of variations of the 70 series.
Notice the low VIN too. This is a 97 built in late 96. Bridge year from 3F to 1FZ

Makes sense to do so. This '01 44k mile (59k km) we did the week before last took a Warn Evo 12k with the solenoid mounted on top behind the spotlights on a locally made bar with very similar dimensions to the ARB -He’s got another vehicle he can use this winch for that mounts feet down. I ordered one I know that fits because I’ve done it.
It says 1992 on the VIN plate.
Edit:
Let me help you out. The 1997 referenced above, FZJ750036030, was built in 09/96. The one in this thread, FZJ750004143, was built in 04/1992.
The first FZJ75 was built in January 1992. As you said, it was a transition year. Lowest VIN number I can find is FZJ0001009, FWIW.
No clown. I’m showing the vin. Said I was wrong. Seller told me it was a 92 built in 91. I misspoke saying 1996. There is the tag. Yes I can read 1992. I’m just going with what he told me. I don’t study this stuff like you seem too.
The NEXT 75 coming is that VIN I posted. Mainly just to show the difference in numbers from 92 to 96.
Hotty Toddy.

Toyota used a lot of imagination to call that a bumper. Referring to it as a rear step would have been more accurate. The owner informed me he was meeting a friend at Hawk Pride in a couple of weeks. I’m waiting on some parts to get his ARBs installed so we turned our attention to adding some tasteful armor to this thing. The stock rear bumper is basically a damage multiplier.
