YessirAre you talking about the car or the humidity?
The wife was just there yesterday taking pictures! Turns out a lot of bougie folks with kids want their pictures taken there...
Dude.1st time in 15 yrs owning something with wheels that wasn't a Toyota.. Been watching this one for a few months it finally dropped to the $ I couldn't say no too! Only major problem in my life right now is the fact there is no one in it to tell me , NO ! haha.. I forgot what fast felt like and it gets better mileage than my 80 series .. Back to the scheduled Humidity chat !

Even if I could take it down black bear . I wouldn't be able to break the record of 9 seconds to come down the switch backs like those Texans in a jeep did a few years back .I’ll call up the boys at Guinness so they can witness the world’s faster run of Black Bear Pass.

We did the same . Took our new tech on his 1st mountain trip as a shake down for SAS . It was 25 degrees at 9500 ft last night . His camping gear failed miserably. We still had a blast! The last picture is to give everyone an idea how dry it is out here. This same spot was 4 ft deep when we crossed it same time last year. I've never sen this lake so low even at the end of the season.Speaking of heat…
Here’s what I’ve been up to in the hot dry weather of NM:

Prepping for SAS has been steady here on the NM Mesa Top. Nothing big at this point just tinkers and clearing unwanted gear/devices from the rig and adding what’s needed for how we wheel BIG Betty.
Next big SAS project is waterproofing the RTT while it’s on the trailer.
Here’s a few pics cause I can and because it’s fun to see, so have some fun checking out a few of my May/June 2026 past adventures!

Happy Travels and Safe Trails!!
I don't remember seeing this here ... caveat #6 caught my eyes (highlighted). Tagging @RocketCityCrzrs for trail leader planning purposes.

SolidI tackled one of many small projects on the 45. I had wanted to mount an air compressor permanently to replace the portable unit I have been hauling around.
Installed a new dual compressor under the passenger seat and plumbed the air coupler through the original fuel filler tube in the cab.
Then ran new wiring to the center console to support the compressor and done. Opened up some space in the drawer for other stuff after removing the portable unit.

That feels like the raffle...Hate to hear this guys but completely understand and appreciate you reaching out.
When someone cancels we go to the waitlist and the next person in line is contacted. That person has 24 hours to respond then we move to the next until someone can make it.
