roger, PA plate, I'm military, PA has always been real good about DMV issues.

Oh yeah, the DMV is basically an auto tag store owned by an individual. If you have a friend or family who owns a mechanical shop and get chummy with the auto tag guy you can title and drive just about anything in PA.
