One afternoon in the Wizard Pool we all learned why and who is responsible for the horific wash board road that goes across SV.
Yes my friends and fellow 4 wheelers, IT's Joe S speeding across the valley floor at mind bogeling speeds in his Toyota FJ80. So, next time you go to the springs and your teeth are jingeling from all the wash boards, just think of Joe.

I'm thinking Crazy Glue myself, but, and a big but...this is Death Valley where weird things happen...just look at The Race Track where rocks move unexplainably!!

I was thinking the same thing about the glue. Perhaps they used some mud.

It does look nice there. Wish I could have gone.
