For Sale SALE/TRADE: '85 Volvo Turbo Diesel Wagon w/82k mi Calif car

I'm looking to sell or trade my '85 volvo 740 GLE turbo diesel wagon with just under 82,000 original miles (yes odo works). I bought the car 2 years ago with 30k miles in CA, and I just drove it to Brooklyn, NY (where the car is now). There are a few odds and ends that need to be done: it needs new brake pads, the front struts could be replaced, the radio antenna doesn't raise, and the headliner is sagging. The paint is amazing, and the car has no rust. Runs great, and if maintained correctly this car will go another 300k+mi.

I'm looking to trade this car for an FJ60 (preferably red or blue) with under 200kmi, and NO rust. I don't want or need any mods, I'm looking for a stock rig. If you want to buy the volvo, I'm trying to get as close to $5k as possible.

Very clean. Almost makes me wish I didn't lift my 60 (115k miles and no rust). What kind of mileage do you get?

That Volvo is nice! Looks like you're in Red Hook. I've seen 3 FJ62's in that neighborhood alone. Even talked to a local artist who has one just like mine. There is a nice looking two-tone 62 on the CT craigslist that you might be able to get. There is also one in RI. It's blue and he says no rust. Good luck! I'll probably see you around Brooklyn. Tons of old TLCs around here.
