Safety Inspections?

I have not been to any sponsored or sanctioned wheeling events of any kind, yet. I was wondering what the safety inspection entails. There isn't anything wrong with my truck that I am aware of but I have no idea what would be inspected if I went to an event like Cruise Moab. Thanks
