SO the a$$holes at safelite put my windshield back in after taking it out for body damage in the pinch weld that they cause years ago and developed rust. When it was at the body shop it rained and I'm not sure if the truck was inside or just tarped outside. Regardless of if the windshield is leaking or if it was left outside, both driver and passenger foot wells are soaking wet. I was out of town for 5 days and pulled the carpet up and when I got back it was still wet, so in go the fans.

Question is if there is any sensitive wiring that I should keep an eye out for or if I should be doing anything else to help the thing dry out. Im in colorado so I'm surprised they didn't dry out but the insulation under the carpet is what's holding water. Thanks guys

I forgot to mention, has anyone seen this discoloration below the gear shifter console? It looked watery under the gear selector and I pulled it apart and it's dry. the coloration has been there awhile I just didn't know if it was a normal thing

Any electrics will dry out and be fine.
Will your insurance or Safelite cover the clean up?

They covered the body work and they're putting a new windshield in. Which they said they were going to do in the first place
