I figured I would start this thread in the ONSC forum instead of the 80 Tech due to the fact that I hate most peoples comments out there. So here goes.
On November 24, 2012 I purchased my LOCKED, 1996 LX450 from another mud member (Burt88). When I got her,she was bone stock with 206740 miles on it. The PO kept all the service records, so I saw that the head gasket blew at 146,000 and was replaced at a Toyota dealership in Virginia. It had also been to Slee for a CDL switch and cup holder. Im not sure why the PO had the CDL switch installed considering it looked like it had never been off the paved road...
She has a couple problems that I need to address, nothing major at all. The air conditioning blows warm, the windows are slow, the antenna doesn't go up and down, and the left rear door speaker doesn't work.
The front seats are out of a 2003 LX470, so my next goal is to figure out how to wire up the heated seats.

After putting some 305/70R16 Firestone Destination M/T's on it I quickly found out I needed more ground clearance to have the fun I wanted to have at Uwharrie. So I acquired a 4 inch FOR lift kit from another mud member (krzyabncanuck). I also purchased the awesome IPOR skid plate, and some TrailGear sliders for a little added protection.

In the future, I have a lot of plans for this truck. I just need to win the lottery before I can do it all. I'm not sure what front bumper I want yet, one that is winch friendly. For the rear, i plan on throwing a 4x4 labs rear bumper on her. Id love to go more in the expedition direction, but still be Uwharrie capable. Meaning on board air, welder (need to learn to weld), roof top tent, fridge, etc...
Plan on updating this regularly while my baby gets bigger and better. I need a name for her since you guys all have named your rigs. Any suggestions? You all know how I like to wheel "aggressively".
Thanks to all that have helped me along the way.
Ryan
