Rusty 1995 75 series cab (1 Viewer)

In addition to the usual sills and floor pans, i have rust in the inner B pillars near the seatbelts (yay!)

What are my options here? Fabrication or do these unbolt and if so is there aftermarket parts?

You’ll have to check but seems like those parts are available new
