I am pretty sure that's Mike, just on the outskirts of Seattle. If it is him then he is an awesome guy to deal with and very fair. I actually picked up a couple of frames off him once and some other parts.
Sent him a message already since I see a couple more things I want.

Just got an e-mail back, it is Mike, I've sent him my wish list and we'll see what happens. He is really good to deal with and I've never had any problems, from what I remember he also takes paypal.
