does anyone know how to turn off and on the running board lights at night? do the courtesy lights inside have to be on? for some reason cant get mine to turn on. this is obviously a retarded question fyi but just urking me. my gx460 had better running board lights than this.

For me they automatically turn on when you approach the car and or open the door.
