Ruff RIDE 96 4Runner

I have been getting mixed reviews if this could be the problem.

I think it is possible that springs could be worn out after 10 years of charleston roads, off roading and trailers.

How ever some people dont think the springs would ever wear out.

Suggestions??

My daughter has a 96 4wd 4runner with 237k on it. I recently replace the rear shocks due to the rough/ bouncey ride in the rear. Search the 80's tech section and you will find very positive reviews on replacing the coil springs as they will colapse and not absorb/dampen the ride.

237K how many other trucks on the road would last to see 237K? I like the toyota's more and more everyday. My 40 is a year older than me and I'd drive it just about anywhere.
