So Two days ago I had my new duratracs 296/65/18's put on. THe shop only ordered 4 by mistake. I slashed my sidewall today wheeling. Now the problem is, the spare I have is the stock 275/60/18 that I was able to put on. No tire shops in the area have a similar tire to match or can patch a sidewall. What should I do and what are my options. I will have to drive home about 2.5 hrs.

drive it home. You running open diffs? May effect your VSC ATRAC with one 31" on there. I wouldn't drive around for 6 months like that, but it shouldn't hurt anything in the short term.

Where i was, i didn't really have good cell service. What i ended up doing was getting a used spare from a shop and having that put on. I was able to find a tire a little closer to what i was driving on. But should this ever happen again, i know i should be fine if the size is off. thanks.
What did you slash your sidewall on ? and what PSI were you running ?

Short tree stump @ 18psi. This is not the first time i've done this. Last time was a bfg a/t at a similar pressure on a different stump.
