RTH needed: Grease cap won't stay on

I know this seems ridiculous, but my passenger side grease cap keeps coming off and clunking around inside the dust cap. How are these things attached? It's not threaded and (to me) there's no obvious way to keep it from coming off.

FSM labels as non-reusable part, so it may just need replacing. They are just a friction/press fit.

Thanks shevy, I though that might be the case, and I can't imagine there is anything special about putting new ones on other than a good tap with a rubber/plastic mallet.
