RTH - Buying LC, but trouble code

At a dealer ready to buy a 2007 with 83K miles. Ready to sign, but insisted hooking up OBD scanner first.

C1340 DTC showed up - ABS/VSC/TRAC. service guys are heading out and not interested in staying to look into it further.

Walk away? Something simple I can check?

No lights on the dash. Just the code on the scanner.

Buy it but get a note from dealer that the code will be addressed and corrected if a problem at the dealers cost.

Thanks. The center diff button was clicking the relay, but the actuator was stuck. I put it in low and hit it and it started working. Back in high range and it worked. Seems to be good to go now. I think I had hit the button earlier and it threw the code because it couldn't actuate the lock.
