my rpm is off by 700 lower (checked in obdII) and tried to adjust it manually but once I turn off the car then turn it on, it goes down again.
does anybody know how to adjust it the right way?
note: i know the speed pin and rpm pin have been taken off to install speed detector led light in the dash. and could have been swapped, if it matters
