Routine Brake Failure - 64 IIA (1 Viewer)

I have a 64 IIA, and I have been having all kinds of brake issues over the years. I started a frame swap about 20 years ago, and it has been an ongoing project. I have had several shops help over the years, and I am consistently having brake issues. It seems as though they get them working, and can't find any leaks, but after several months, they fail to build pressure. This has happened 3 or 4 times over the last couple of years, and I thought I would ask for some insight as to what I need to look into. I would appreciate any thoughts/suggestions as I am trying to get this in shape to sell.

About to dip my toes in to the LR world with a disco II, but, regarding your IIa, are there any brake booster and cylinder swaps out there? Maybe upgrading that and putting new lines on will help?
