Hey guys I'm kind of at a loss here with my 4runner. Let me try to explain: It's been having a rough idle problem so I started to do what most would including-

New spark plugs,
Wires,
Oil Change,
Air filter Cleaned,
New Fuel filter,
New 02 sensor,
Ran a propane tank all around and checked for vacuum leaks.

I don't know where to look from here without getting the truck scoped. I have a couple of codes too : P0141 and P0450 (and like 5 typical transmission codes from my 5speed swap.)

Now I don't have the 02 sensor plugged in after the Cat because I eliminated it.

Please any advice would be greatly appreciated... :bang:

The codes you show are for the rear o2 and evap stuff.
Rough idle caused typically by dirty maf or possibly an IAC s***ting the bed.

Can you run compression?

Does it run fine otherwise?

I don't have the tools to run compression...
Best way to clean the MAF?
and how do I check the IAC?

It lost a little power when going down the road and still feels almost out of timing.

Clean maf preferably with maf cleaner or electronic parts cleaner.

The iac is going to make car fast idle when cold or not.

If you were beating the truck. The belt could have skipped. Especially if that motor uses a spring tensioner as apposed to the viscous one

You can pull the upper cover back and look at timing yourself .
The marks either line up or they dont.
