My front right caliper froze and will need to replace rotor as well. Looking for some guidance on whether or not to change both rotors (L/R) while I am doing the one side? Planning on replacing pads on both sides. Any suggestions?

When I had a frozen caliper, I replaced both with remanufactured OEM. I've always matched both sides of a vehicle when working on brakes to eliminate pull.

I wouldn't replace the good one if it can be resurfaced. No chance of causing a brake pull unless the other caliper starts sticking.

I'm not sure how much work you want to put in, but I had a front rotor sticking and just took it apart and cleaned everything up real good and changed out the seals, good results so far. Cost me about 6 bucks for the new rubber seals.
