Roofer Recommendation

Hello All,

Last weeks winds blew off around 50 shingles from my roof and I need a new roof.

Any reccomendations? Insurance co. told me to call any roofer I want.

Luis, I used this guy last year--Mel Barker Jr. He was recommended by my contractor as the best roofer in town. He's old school. No nail guns. Everything is hand nailed, and he was on the job to personally supervise the work. They did an excellent cleanup job as well.

From my bad passed experiences (last one 12/2012) I would never replace shingle roofs in the winter, the adhesive on the tabs won't stick without heat from the sun... that wind storm your talking about ruined my fresh roof that was installed back in December... location; San Marcos
