roof rack evolution

My cruiser came with a stock foo rack, after about a year of it falling apart i built one out of 2x4's for my canoes and kayaks. It was strong but fugly. Today I got off my A$$ and went to home depot and got 12ft of square 1"x1" tubing and 12 ft of closed cell (noodle like ) foam a/c insulation.

Im ready,

but the rig is about stock, with 5 speed. Yea I would go tommorow but need to talk to counsler 4 class and it my bday. so need to do stuff in town, but please email be for the next one.

PS no salt water runs in my Arizona cruiser

haha no kiddin. the trails get covered by large amounts of water from storms so its rain water. no worries.
