Roof Rack Cross Bars

I seem to remember taking them off my FJ80 but I don't seem to see how to easily remove them. Is there a way shy of removing the rails? I do have the manual for removing the rails, but I am hoping for easier. TIA

When I first purchased my 200, I searched in the online FSM and IIRC, one has to remove the rear endcaps on the rails that run front to back and slide the cross bars out the end.

Thank you gaijin. It appears that the endcap lifts up at the extreme rear. I will try that. Did you actually find an online (or downloadable) version of the FSM? I can find the FSM for some prior years and the Owner's Manual, but not the 13 FSM.
