Roof Bar width for Smittybilt Overlander XL (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if anybody on here has mounted the SmittyBilt Overlander XL on the LC using Yakima or Thule Cross Bars. I know the factory cross bars are too weak. Just wondering how wide to put the bars and if two bars will be sufficient or if I should add a third bar in the middle. The tent is 47" x 76" The max width allowed on the factory rack is about 50", which would mean about 13"overhang on each end.

I don't have that particular tent but I have had one similar. I would do (3) cross bars. 13" of overhang is fine. Also look into using DIY 80/20 type extruded crossbars for a lower height. But the clearance for mounting bracket/bolts might be challenging.
