Good day folks,

I just received some Rocky Road Outfitters Super Sliders for my 2003 GX470. They arrived without instructions or bolts/hardware. A few voicemails and emails have resulted in no response, so hoping to see who has installed a set and what you used.

Have you tested/used them on the trails? Thoughts?

Thank you in advance,

That's pretty odd. I've called them a couple times over the past couple weeks while planning out an order of sliders and other accessories. They picked up every single time I called on 2nd or 3rd ring. I always called during normal business hours.

If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take from order placement until delivery?

Looks like they have a couple phone numbers on the site...

Sales/Tech: (435) 654-1149

Or 888-801-7271 at the bottom of the page.

Also a link to live chat.

Don't wait for them, keep trying every day. Voicemail inboxes get full, stuff gets missed, and current times are bat**** crazy in this industry.

I would guess that there was an extra box with hardware and instructions that got lost along the way. Easy fix.

@ClangClang , ordered super sliders at the end of March and received them last week. A little over the estimated time of 6-8 weeks, but was not an issue, I was in no hurry.

@Mr Chuck Norris, thanks for posting. I gave both of those numbers a try during business hours. Live chat said it was offline - maybe my connection at work. I am very glad they are busy, need to keep businesses chugging!
They did correspond via email today, which is a step closer to getting missing hardware resolved. Sliders were packed very well with many layers of foam and shrink wrap. No cuts or holes where the hardware kit would’ve fallen out, just wasn’t included. I am confident RRO will remedy.
That being said, love the finish and how stout they are.
