TWO WEEKS!!!!!
Covid sure hasn't helped the shop move things along faster........Herd immunity has set in so it should be smooth sailing from here on out.
2 weeks......2 months.....same thing at this point.

So close to being done! Need to buy some sliders to protect those rockers!

Well....we're off rocker time and onto my front door....
@GLTHFJ60 Rust free versions don't exist. So I just made new ones from two doors. Double the $, twice the fun!
No bondo, just straight metal work. Had to cut all the cancer out. Welding everything back into place tomorrow.
Make sure you leave those drains open! I sprayed some weld through polyurethane paint in the inside and inside the seam (steel-it) before welding together. I also sprayed cavity coater inside the seams after seam sealing and painting. I'd suggest you do the same.
