Ring and Pinion Sets???

As far as I know nobody sells gears for the FJC or 4R or Taco (some models) in the US yet.
I know there are gears in Oz and Iceland for the Prado 120 (same as 4R and FJC) unfortunately nobody has started to import them yet.
Maybe someone else has more info on this.

Well we might be in luck by the end of the year or early next year. Some guys are apparently working on it. Alternatively you can look at importing a set if you really want one.moabrat said:
I haven't looked close enough, but wouldn't the rear ring and pinion be the same as all the 8" V-6 gears? As far as I know they are all the same from 88 and up, as long as you get the V-6 ones.

You are correct, the front is where the issue lies. Completely new rign and pinion, with no reuse from other applications. I hope somebody can prove me wrong and get a set, but import seems the only way currently.
