A few weeks ago my right turn signal blinker started flashing at a much faster pace than my left. However, none of my bulbs are burned out and I'm still using regular bulbs instead of LED. Is this a sign the relay is going? Frankly its annoying.

I've never had this happen on a 100 but on other cars I have.
The turn signal bulbs might not be burnt out but the resistance somehow changed.
I'd change the bulbs before any other diagnosis. Cheap and easy.

One of your bulbs should be out. Double check them all and have someone push the brake pedal while you watch from back. There are multiple brake bulbs.

should be a bulb out. relay going shouldnt make it blink faster
