Only been here a few years. Was in Texas and Colorado before that. Kinda strange to see all this beautiful country out here and none of it for public use.

Yeah, the problem around here is that all the beautiful country is OWNED by people, and not the government. One of our biggest hurdles in trying to gain leagal places to wheel.
 
Hi Roger... sorry I did not got back to you, obviously I wasn't going to be able to make it this weekend anyway. I also would like to be more involved with OHV use in RI. I'm in for a local M&G too.

It's cool Eric. Stay tuned for a post on the RIOHVA meeting where you can run the trail too. Only $10 for the year to join....and you get a t-shirt. :D

My wife is from Warwick and still has family down there.Back in the day she use to wheel in Coventy,going way back before it was shut down.

That would have been the Dunes back in the day? The first time I moved to RI that area was open and everyone and their mother wheeled back there. It was closed when I moved back the second time.

Yup,the dunes way back in the day.She was born with the wheeling bug.:D

She didn't wheel since the closing.She meet me and we settled up here in N.H. She started wheeling again once we found the legal way to do it.
