I have a steering box from a 1996 HZJ81 here for sale, I drove this truck around a bit before I parted it out. Steering box was in good working condition when removed, no leaks but it did have the soft feeling that every 20 year old box has ofcourse.

150$ including shipping in the lower 48

Hey @joekatana : what are the differences between this and a 60 box? IIRC, they are fairly similar. I may be interested but need to check my box out and see if there are issues with going to the 80 box (currently have a 60 box).

They are almost identical but as far as I know the only big difference is that the 60 series has a dropped pitman arm,there are probably some small differences and I would expect the 80 series box to be more hd as the 80 weighs more then the 60 and came with bigger tires from the factory.
