Restore Lv hinge help?

Looked once before. Can anyone direct me to a thread on restoring the sagging Lv hinges?
I have read that you may need a press and heat to remove Pins. How do I find replacement hinge pins or do they make shims?

I have the ones from the wagon the reflectors came from. Pretty snug. You probably need the driver, right?

Yes I do and rear driver side too.

I can't get mine apart. I tried everything I have at home. I even cracked my giant Chinese vise trying to use it as a press. Time to take them to someone with a real press. But then what? Who's got a line on some door hinge bushings?

finding bushings would be the least of the problems. getting them apart without damaging them would be priority. bushings can me made/modified. i drilled out the hinges on my 55s to accept 40 bushings and hinges, so don't be afraid to think outside the box
