Sorry guys no pics but I have been at it and making good progress. I honestly think this is the last truck I ever build :crybaby: Anyways wanted to ask to questions:

First, what is the contact info for that guy who was the carb guru? the one that rebuilds them and pretty much sends you the carb ready to swap in. I tried contact Marshall (Trollhole) to buy one of his aftermarket ones but he has not responded and I need this ASAP. I just want to install it and go, dont want to mess with it myself.

Second, can you guys take a good pick for the clutch slave cylinder bracket on a 78 or newer model. For some reason I am missing such bracket and cant figure out how it looks or how it goes, if someone has a spare one please let me know.

Anyways....other than that everything is going well I want to have this thing running in less than two months and meet you guys for a drive.

I am trying to picture in my head what you are dealing with here. Is it the same as what Ramon posted up higher but on opposite side. I know SOR says they are the same from like 77 - 84.

The clutch arm will be the same no matter what side it is on. Only change i can think of was from 3 speed to 4 speed. The slave cylinder will be the same also from side to side.

Now i did put a later ( i think 78 year model ) transmission / transfercase in my fj45 and i put it on the drivers side.
