restoration of my 60

i am starting the restoration of my FJ60's interior but will more than likely need help along the way so after ripping the carpet what should i put on there after cleaning it before i put new carpet down? maybe something to keep noise down and insolate.... thx guys

Looks pretty good, I've heard good things about Dynamat. I have know idea if it is costly or not, but most of the people I know that have used it have been pleased.
