So I wasn't paying enough attention backout out of a tight spot in a parking garage here in denver and hit my passenger side mirror on a colum. Turns out the piece that broke can only be bought as the whole mirror assembly (~$1300 from dealership). So watch out for those walls/poles...

I'll try and get this done ASAP so I don't have to worry about snow/water getting into the mirror housing and potentially causing any electrical issue.

Does anyone have experince replacing an entire mirror assembly on an LX570? I'm searching for a FSM to see if that has instructions for it. But from what I can tell it should mainly be removing the interior door panel to access the bolts / wiring harness for the mirror assembly, then removing the old assembly and replacing it with the new.

Here is a picture of my mistake :)

So the process for replacing the mirror is really straight forward with the hardest part being removing the door panel.
The steps I took:
1. Remove the door panel (this video was very helpful)
2. Unplug the Mirrors wiring harness (green arrow in picture)
3. Remove the 3 nuts that are holding the mirror on (red arrows in picture)
4. remove the old mirror and replace with the new mirror
5. replace the door panel (refer to the video on the correct way to put it back on.)

Just dropping a shout-out thank you for posting this. I did pretty much the same thing on my driver's side mirror and need to do the same.
