has anyone seen a really good looking option to replace the dummy switched on the controll panel where the ATRAC and the rear locker are? when i get my lights and air and 110v power i'd really like to use somthing that looks clean and factory for the switches.

I got these at radio shack for something like $2.50 or so. lighted with 1/4" push-on tabs, and mount in a 1/2" ( I think ) hole.
I popped out the blanks, and the back looks like a rectangular "cup" with some plastic ribbing inside. I used a big drill bit to tear out the ribbing, and then mounted the switch. Low profile, and , like I said, lighted. I use one for the fog lights and one for the big off-road ones.

I did the exact same thing for A-trac switch, great minds think alike.

idk, normally i'm not a big fan of spending money on frivolus items, but seeing as how i'll probably drive this truck till either it or I die, (i'm thinking that even at 24, i may go first) its really worth the time and money to do everything perfectly right. if its not somthing that i'm 100% satisfied with now, then 10 years from now i probably wont be satisfied either, while i know it seems a waste, i'd really ratehr sheel out for somthing that looks perfect, than somthing that looks adapted. trust me, when i try to figure out my CB mount, thats gonna be a real PITA.

I have two of those, very nice indeed.

One for the IPF fogs in the ARB bumper, the other one for some old Hella 500s I will put on the bumper later.

Purchased two of these switches from Dallas Toyota, they come with wire extensions that plug into the back of the switches. They fit perfectly in the blank spaces. I am running two IPF Xtreme Lights and one is a spare for future accessories. :grinpimp:

Since the factory layout of the switches looks like an unfinished tic-tac-toe game, I consolidated my exisiting switches to the top row. That way, if I add any aftermarket switches, they'll all match each other in the bottom row.

Looks good Steve.
I have not tried taking off that panel yet, will have to research on it.

I have my foglight switch up by the steering wheel in one of the blanks, the other blank is for my alarm LED.

Had to trim the Tacoma switch to fit.
I wonder if they need to be trimmed to fit down below as well.

Panel removal isn't necessary.

Just (gently) pry the switches out from the front, re-route their respective wiring harness to another hole, and snap the switch back in. :)

(As I recall, one of the switch holes required some slight orientation notch trimming, but no big deal.)

Rocker switch replacement

Not sure what you are looking for. But these might work. You would need to messure and make sure the fit is right. As long as they are not to big they could be modified to fill the space nicely.
