I know you all have seen the recent "tint" threads with the EMU Wing purchases several folks are having to match the clear glass to their tint. I'm in that boat right now. Everyone says the viper ceramic 30% tint matches but I'm having a hard time finding it. So I was thinking, since my EMU Wing windows are clear, and front passenger/driver windows are clear. Why not just purchase the clear glass for the middle row doors. I started looking and found that most glass places only have "tinted" replacements. So my question is will the glass from the 105 series fit the 100 series? or does anyone have the part numbers for the clear non-tinted replacement glass?

In the meantime I ordered a sample book from a tint place to see if I can find a close match. But would prefer to get the glass so I can get limo tint.

Don't think front windows are clear, just a lighter shade of bronze or green. Plus, the quarter glass aft of the passenger rear doors is tinted so that would be a consideration.

You can get the viper, but I've only seen it at very few shops or if you can find someone on here or buy a roll yourself.

Have you considered removing the glass and "cleansing" it with wheel cleaner? I remember seeing a thread not too long ago about using chrome wheel cleaner to remove the factory tint. I'm on mobile or I would search for that thread for you.

I put Llumar ATR bronze in my LX470...not perfect as factory has more mirror on it but looks good. Local tint guy was able to order a small roll from his supplier and put 20% all the way around.

I recently had two fronts tinted to match the stock 2001 factory tint. Pretty happy with it as a buddy that tints had some leftover.
