Replacement Motors for Warn

Brand new member to this site, I was wondering if anyone knows of a Canadian outfit that sells replacement motors for Warn winches?
I guess there lifetime guarenteed and sealed?
I want to replace my motor on my Warn M-15000 and would love to have one of those motors, if there real?
