Replacement Fender Question (With or Without Flare) (1 Viewer)

I'm going to be replacing my driver front fender due to corrosion where it attaches in front of the rocker panel.


When I look On-line to buy the replacement fender it has two options, one with flare and on without flare.

Is the flare/no flare in reference to the plastic fender flares that would be attached in the flare area and that the replacement fender may have clips that this plastic would attach to?
