Replacement Carpet & non-winch bumpers

I have some wear on the driver's side carpet just where it starts to wrap up on the elevated base and am looking for sources for a new piece, or repair options. I am also looking for new bumpers but need them to be more subtle than the winch compatible ones I have found thus far....
Any thoughts appreciated.

Could you cover it with WeatherTech floor mats?

i've added the floor mats already and they don't cover it up. It's not a huge issue but is making my OCD flair up.

Not sure about the carpet, but the ARB Sahara bumper (without the hoop) is a pretty subtle look. Does offer winch options but you don't have to have one mounted.

I have the same issue with my tan carpet, there is a black hole at the rise and the Weathertech does not cover. Previous owner must have had sandpaper shoes....
