I’m going to need an alignment since I’m replacing the UCA”s and T-Bars on our 100.

These rubber bushings look like they should be changed out as well. If I wait until after the alignment will I need another one once I change these or should I just do it now and get it over with? The top rubber looks ok but the bottom is a lot worse, can they go awhile longer?

This is the recommended location of the reservoirs for my shock. I was thinking about placement along the frame rail like King Shocks mount their reservoir. Any advantage or disadvantage to both of these locations?

My luck I received a defective T.B. from OME, just waiting for my replacement and I’ll be on the road.

I got a good bit of tire rub with my radflo res mounted in the recommended picture you show. I would highly recommend rotating the bottom of the res as far as possible towards the UCA to get the clearance you need. Get where you think works. Put on the wheel and check for rub before drilling and screwing in the bottom bolt for that res bracket. If you don't you will need to max out the turn stops and loose a good bit of turn radius. Pm me I'd you have any questions.

Edit. Change the bushings while you are at it....

Edit 2. Pm me you email and i will forward you the photos of how mine are that caused the rub. These are the same I sent to LT

Thanks for the reply's and the heads up on the res. location / tire interference. I never thought about that.
I'll get the bushings ordered today.

Hey Ken, e-mail Beno or CDan at American Toyota. They are Mud sponsers on here and can get you OEM bushings very, very inexpensively. I'm ordering some from them right now and their 'mud discount price blows parts houses out of the water, and you're getting OEM quality bushings that last a very long time.

Check the swaybar-to-frame bushings too (the D-shaped ones). I'm replacing all of them front and rear, they are shot.

Thanks TheFuzz,
I have ordered many things from them for our 40, I just want to get it the 100 back on the ground and drive it. Looks like I'll be waiting a few days anyway for the replacement T.B. from ARB.
The other bushings look brand new and not hard at all like I would expect from a 13 year old piece of rubber. Maybe they have been replaced at some point.
I'm going to see where MXNdrnks ended up placing his shocks before I drill any holes.
